All bikinis are designed by the founder Victoria in London. Victoria has been sewing for 17 years so she understands pattern making and all things ‘design’. She has been altering her own clothes to accentuate her own figure. Consequently, she has an uncanny eye for fits that complement the female form and has used this skill when designing Viki Swim pieces. All bikinis are designed to flatter all body types and accentuate female curves.

The swimwear is made from the highest quality fabric, which has a lustrous shiny finish, produced by an ethical, female-owned supplier in Indonesia.
IS THE SWIMWEAR SUSTAINABLE?
Yes, Viki Swim is an environmentally conscious brand. We love our planet and believe it’s our duty to all do our bit. We are a slow fashion swimwear brand. Fast fashion is destroying the environment, contributing to wastage, landfill and global warming. Our pieces are designed to be timeless & high quality, so you won’t be throwing them away after one holiday!
Across the supply chain we aim to be as environmentally friendly as possible, from fabric to manufacturing, to packaging. Our manufacturer even donates 10% of their profit to cleaning up the oceans.
In addition, our CINDY bikini is made from 100% recycled materials.
IS THE SWIMWEAR ETHICAL?
Yes, Viki Swim is proud to be an ethical brand. Our manufacturer provides exceptional working condition for the workers. All staff are paid above the minimum wage at up to three times the standard. Everyone is provided with comprehensive health insurance for themselves and their families. We are very proud that our manufacturer was founded by a young female and consists of a mainly female team.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY BIKINI?
Hand wash your bikini or wash on a delicate wash. The best method of drying is to lay them flat, out of direct sunlight. Avoid tumble drying your bikini.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
All orders are processed within 24 hours.
UK orders take around 1-2 days.
International orders depend on the country it is being shipped to. All international orders are sent tracked and should take a maximum of 1 week.
DO YOU DO NEXT DAY DELIVERY?
Yes, next day delivery is available. Orders must be made before midday to be able to be shipped next day.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I PURCHASE?
All swimwear is stocked in sizes XS to L. All bikinis are made true to size so we recommend simply purchasing your usual clothing size. We have a size guide chart for reference.
I REALLY LOVE AN ITEM BUT IT'S SOLD OUT. WHAT CAN I DO?
You can place a pre-order if the item is restocking in the future. However, some items might not be restocked, so be sure to save yourself the disappointment and order early. Due to being a slow fashion brand we try to not over order large quantities of our products to avoid waste.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES VIKI SWIM ACCEPT?
We accept all major forms of payment including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Applepay and PayPal. We now offer Clearpay at checkout which lets you make 4 interest free payments. We do not accept personal cheques or direct bank transfers.
DO YOU OFFER REFUND OR EXCHANGES?
Unfortunately we don’t currently offer refunds due to being a start-up brand and the hygiene nature of the product. In the unlikely event you believe your item to be faulty (all items are checked by quality control), we are happy to accommodate. Please email info@vikiswim.com and make sure to include your order number.
We do offer exchanges to another bikini, another size or to store credit.
